1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Turbo VPN application or website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Innovative Connecting Pte. Limited ("Turbo VPN," "we," or "us").

2. Description of Service

Turbo VPN provides a virtual private network service that encrypts your internet connection and routes your traffic through servers in various locations around the world. The Service is offered in both free and paid premium tiers. Features and server access vary between tiers as described on our Pricing page.

3. Account Registration

To use Turbo VPN, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use Turbo VPN to:

• Engage in any illegal activity under applicable law
• Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Conduct unauthorized penetration testing or network scanning
• Send spam, phishing emails, or unsolicited communications
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Violate the terms of service of any third-party platform
• Engage in activities that interfere with or disrupt the Service

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Subscription and Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed in advance for the full subscription period (24 or 27 months depending on the plan). All prices are displayed in USD. Subscriptions do not automatically renew — you will be notified before expiration. We accept credit cards, cryptocurrencies, Apple Pay, and various local payment methods.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all premium plans. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact our support team within 30 days of your initial purchase date to request a full refund. Refunds are not provided for renewals or after the 30-day period has expired.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the highest possible uptime for the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions.

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We maintain a strict no-logs policy and do not monitor your VPN traffic or retain connection logs.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turbo VPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
